Annual Conference

RNS 3rd Annual Conference - August 12-14, 2010

The Rheumatology Nurses Society (RNS) Third Annual Conference will be a unique educational experience. It will include workshops, exhibits, peer networking, didactic sessions, and more. The conference encompasses the most comprehensive and cutting edge rheumatologic topics affecting patients to date.

Target Audience

The RNS annual conference is designed for rheumatology nurses and rheumatology healthcare professionals.

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to

• Foster an environment that enhances personal and professional growth
• Discuss practice efficacy related to rheumatology nursing
• Develop new skills to improve educational outcomes
• Network with peers on issues of common concern
• Discuss trends, issues, and updates in rheumatology nursing practice
• Discuss updates on lupus
• Discuss surgical approaches for the patient with various rheumatologic diseases
• Identify safety concerns associated with rheumatic disease treatments
• Integrate new data on treatments of RA into practice
